Extra-Creamy Avocado Dip by Alison Holst

For a larger amount of wonderfully creamy green dip for your children or for adults, try this recipe.
Ingredients
1 large avocado
½ cup sour cream (or ¼ cup sour cream and
¼ cup cream cheese)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt or ½ tsp garlic salt
Method
Put all these ingredients in a food processor, and purée until very smooth. This will thicken as it stands, and will keep for several days. Thin it as necessary, with a little oil or milk. For adults, add hot pepper sauce to taste.
